2. Products and Cake Designs
We make our cakes fresh to order. Because our products are handmade:
Cake designs may have slight variations from photographs shown on our website.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen or device used to view them.
Handmade decorations may not be exactly identical to reference images.
The final cake may have minor differences in decoration, texture, shape, or finish.
Availability of certain ingredients, decorations, or flavours may vary.
Such variations do not necessarily constitute a defect in the product.
3. Placing an Order
Orders are confirmed only after we have received the required order details and, where applicable, the agreed advance payment.
Customers may be required to provide:

We reserve the right to decline an order if we are unable to fulfil the requested design, date, quantity, or other requirements.
4. Advance Payment and Order Confirmation
For customized or special orders, an advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
An order will be considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and confirmation has been provided by Cakey Bite Cakes.
The remaining balance, if any, must be paid according to the payment terms communicated at the time of ordering.

6. Custom Orders
We welcome customized cake requests.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their preferred design, flavour, size, wording, colours, and other requirements.
If a customer provides a reference photograph, we will make a cake inspired by the reference while maintaining the practical limitations of handmade cake decoration. Exact duplication cannot always be guaranteed.
7. Cake Collection and Delivery
Customers may collect their orders from the agreed location or choose delivery where available.
For deliveries:
Customers must provide a correct and complete delivery address.
Customers should provide a reachable phone number.
Someone should be available to receive the cake at the agreed delivery time.
Delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the location.
Cakey Bite Cakes cannot be held responsible for damage caused after the cake has been handed over to the customer or another person authorized to receive it.
8. Cake Handling and Storage
Cakes should be handled carefully after collection or delivery.
Depending on the cake and ingredients used, refrigeration may be required. Customers should follow any storage instructions provided with their order.
Cakey Bite Cakes is not responsible for damage caused by improper transportation, storage, exposure to heat, or mishandling after delivery or collection.

Because cakes are often prepared specifically for individual customers, cancellation or modification may not be possible once preparation has started.
Any refund or adjustment will depend on the stage of preparation, ingredients purchased, customization work completed, and the applicable cancellation policy of Cakey Bite Cakes.
